The Most Human Human

Recommendation inspired by:
The Turing test: Can a computer pass for a human? - Alex Gendler

Why we love this book:

The Most Human Human follows the author, Brian Christian, as he enters the annual Turing Test competition and tries to prove to the judges that he's not a robot. I love this book because it interrogates the question of what it means to be human in some extraordinarily unexpected ways. The chapter that draws connections between chess and dating is a personal favorite and has stuck with me for years.
